SCRIPT> 随着我国基础建设的大力发展，工程机械的应求量越来越多，对工程机械的技术要求越来越高。机电液一体化系统是当今工程机械常用的，针对架桥机机电液一体化系统的安全操作做了以下规定：
1、启动机器前，必须认真检查紧固、润滑的各个部位，确认安全良好，并按规定作好启动前的各项准备工作，方可启动使用。
2、在机器运转过程中,应随时监视机械各部的运转及仪表指示信号的情况，若发现异常（如剧烈振动、异响、异味、泄露、温度、压力等突变），应立即停机检查。
3、机器未停止时，不应该接触转动部位和保养修理。在维修、焊铆工作装置钢结构时，必须使其降到位置，焊接时禁止利用机体作为地线。并设置必要安全防护，作业人员戴安全帽，高空作业时应设置作业平台，系好安全带。
4、电气设备必须由专职电工进行作业维修，修理前必须切断电源，并挂上“禁止合闸”牌或派人守闸，严防误送电。
5、电源电压必须与电气设备额定电压相同。所有用电设备都应在线路上安装和合格的触电保安器。钢结构应采取保护接零及雷电防感应装置。
6、液压系统可用的油料，应符合有关说明书中规定的液压油种类和牌号，保持液压油情清洁，液压油的温度应保持在30--80度范围，使用中尽量控制油温，不得超过可允许的上限值。
